Let me begin by saying, thank you, for allowing me to interview for the job as your Realtor. There are a lot of Realtors, but not all Realtors are the same. Meet Tim
As a recording artist for Arista Records, I recognized the importance of bringing creativity to everything I do. I apply this same creative spirit to bringing your home to market. I believe every home has a story and it's my job to tell that story. This has been the key to my success. I spent 14 years as a top producing salesperson for new home builder Shapell Industries, 5 years as a boutique real estate office owner and broker of record and 14 years as an Estates Director and Corporate Relocation Specialist with Dilbeck Estates. I have sold more than 1,000 homes in my career and am excited to sell yours.
